Robert has spent most of his working life as a serial entrepreneur. After a short stint as an electronics technician followed by a number of years in retail, Robert established his own software development company.
In 1998 his experience with software engineering drew him into the areas of data security and personal security with the establishment of a company which he took public through an RTO. That company, Merlin Software Technologies, designed and manufactured one of the earliest multi-camera, multi-location digital surveillance systems just prior to 9/11.
After Merlin Software – in 2002, Robert established a new security oriented company, with three associates, whose mission it was to design and develop first responder systems based on wireless digital surveillance.
Since 2005 Robert has been acting CIO at General Wax and Candle Co., a California company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of wax candles and other lighting products.
In 2011 Allen Hepworth – VP Engineering – approached Robert regarding taking the H-Box Pro portable hockey box to market and thus International Sports Corporation was founded.
